Enrolment Questions

How do I enrol for one or more Shipping Australia courses?

Go to the Course Enrolment Enquiry Form and provide us with details about which courses you are interested in, the number of enrolments you require and your contact details and well get in touch with you to organise your enrolment.

Can I get a discount for multiple courses or enrolments?

Logging On to Shipping Australia's Training Centre Questions

I can't remember my username or password.

Click on Log On in the menu, below the user details form click on 'Forgotten your password' and you will be prompted to enter your username OR your email address. An email containing your username and password will be sent to your registered email address.

If you don't receive the message, or you have forgotten your username and email address, please contact Shipping Australia Support using the Contact Support form below.

I have a username and password, how do I log on to the Shipping Australia Training Centre?

Click on Log On in the top right hand corner of the Training Centre website, enter the username and password details you have been emailed and click on the submit button.

Course/training Related Questions

Do I have to complete the training in one go?

No, you can come and go as many times, and whenever you like. However, assessments need to be completed in a single session.

Can I share my username and password with other people?

No. We require each person to be individually registered.

To successfully complete your Shipping Australia training program you are required to pass a final assessment, the training cannot be completed successfully using a shared user registration.

What happens if I fail the assessment?

Depending on the program, there may be a restriction on the number of final assessment attempts permitted. If you find yourself locked out of the training, wait to be contacted by Shipping Australia Training Support.

To minimise the risk of failing your final assessment we suggest you undertake the practice test (if available) prior to attempting the final test. You can attempt the practice test as many times as you like.

How do I get my certificate?

On successful completion of all courses SAL's Chief Executive recognises the candidate's achievement with a signed certificate.

Other Questions

I'm having trouble receiving emails from Shipping Australia's Training Centre.

A spam filter may be blocking the email messages that Shipping Australia sends to you.

You may need to add the Shipping Australia system's email domain (tankstream.com) to your mail client (or your company's mail server) white list in order to receive training centre generated email messages.
